耐药是非小细胞肺癌临床治疗中面临的一个巨大难题,与肿瘤复发和转移密切相关。自噬是一个进化保守的分子生物过程,通过与溶酶体结合降解细胞器和蛋白质以维持细胞稳态。自噬与非小细胞肺癌发展过程及耐药密切相关,并且靶向调节非小细胞肺癌的自噬相关基因可影响药物敏感性,改变非小细胞肺癌的治疗效果。 |

Drug resistance is a huge challenge in the clinical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, which is closely related to tumor recurrence and metastasis.Autophagy is an evolutionarily conserved metabolic process in eukaryotes.It maintains cell homeostasis by regulating organelles and protein degradation.Autophagy is tightly correlated with the development process and drug resistance of non-small cell lung cancer, and targeting autophagy-related genes of non-small cell lung cancer can affect drug sensitivity and alter the therapeutic effect of non-small cell lung culture. |
