Abstract: According to the data of the National Bureau of Statistics, China's population over the age of 60 has reached 267 million, and is expected to enter a deep aging society in 2025. In contrast, developed countries in Europe and the United States have already entered the aging society, and there are sufficient studies on medical care and health care. However, our country enters the aging society late, lacks the perfect system and the perfect legal support. In this context, there are a series of problems, including but not limited to the shortage of elderly social workers, low sense of identity, insufficient comprehensive service capacity and imperfect welfare system. These problems have brought great social pressure. This study takes Donggang District of Rizhao City as the object. After several community surveys and voluntary service activities, it is found that there are many problems in home health care, such as imperfect legal system, imbalance of supply and demand, lack of service content and resources, lack of professional talents and funds, and deviation of old-age care cognition. In response to these problems, the corresponding solutions are put forward: improve the relevant legal system, establish a social supervision system, increase capital investment, train professionals, expand the coverage of medical care, strengthen humanistic care for the elderly. In short, it is imperative to build an elderly care service system that combines home medical care with health care. The system should be oriented to the needs of the elderly, and strive to improve their active health awareness, comprehensively develop the long-term care insurance system, and ultimately achieve the goal of contributing their own value to the service of society. |
