| 目的：了解实习护生HPV疫苗接种意愿，并分析影响因素。方法：采用便利抽样法，选择黄山市四家综合性医院共536名实习护生进行问卷调查。结果 实习护生HPV疫苗接种愿意为67.5%，总体接种率为6.9%，对HPV及相关知识的总体知晓率为75.2%，采用二元logistic回归分析，结果显示，女性（OR=1.703,95%CI：1.042~2.781，P=0.033）、有性行为史（OR=4.521,95%CI：2.411~8.477，P<0.001）、有恶性肿瘤家族史（OR=13.25,95%CI：2.600~67.51，P=0.002）、认知合格（OR=17.695%CI：9.274~33.40，P<0.001）的实习护生HPV疫苗的接种意愿较高，价格太高和预约不到想要的种类是不愿意接种的主要原因。结论：实习护生HPV疫苗接种意愿处于中等水平，HPV及相关知识的总体知晓率较高，但对HPV疫苗的认知仍不全面，因此，需加强HPV相关知识的健康教育，鼓励医学专业学生参与同伴教育，同时倡导政府优化HPV疫苗的预约方式并在疫苗接种费用中给与一定支持，进一步提高接种率。 |

| Objective To understand the willingness of student nurses to receive HPV vaccine and analyze the influencing factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 536 student nurses from four general hospitals in Huangshan City by convenient sampling. Results The willingness from student nurses of HPV vaccination was 67.5%, the overall vaccination rate was 6.9%, and the overall awareness rate of HPV and related knowledge was 75.9% .The results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that female (OR=1.703,95% CI: 1.042~2.781, P=0.033), sexual behavior history (OR=4.521,95% CI: 2.411~8.477, P<0.001), family history of malignant tumor (OR=13.25,95% CI: 2.600~67.51, P=0.002) student nurses with qualified cognition (OR=17.695% CI: 9.274-33.40, P<0.001) have a high willingness to vaccinate HPV vaccine. The main reasons for their unwillingness to vaccinate are that the price is too high and they can't make an appointment for the type they want. Conclusion The intention of HPV vaccination of student nurses is at the middle level, and the overall awareness rate of HPV and related knowledge is high, but the awareness of HPV vaccine is still not comprehensive. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the health education of HPV-related knowledge, encourage medical students to participate in peer education, and advocate the government to optimize the appointment method of HPV vaccine and give some support in the vaccination cost to further improve the vaccination rate. |
