      目的 为了更好地了解早中期食道癌患者安全进食行为情况并分析可能伴随的影响因素。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年1月天津市8家医院148名胸外科护士,在知情同意下进行相应的电子问卷调查,分析早中期食道癌患者护理进食行为状况及其关键因素。结果 胸外科护士对早中期食道癌患者一般护理较为关注,但是仅有6.1%的护士关注患者的口咽肌情况,还有少数的护士(9.5%)会针对患者进行口咽肌的专项训练指导;多元线性回归分析结果显示,是否接受专科护士相关培训以及是否接受吞咽障碍相关培训是护士对患者安全进食行为的决定性因素。结论 胸外科护士对早中期食道癌患者特定的安全进食护理(如口咽肌观察以及训练)有待进一步提高。管理者应积极开展有针对性的护士培训,提高护理人员对患者安全进食的了解和认知,进而提高食道癌患者的有效安全进食。
英文摘要:
      Objective In order to better understand the safe eating behavior of patients with early and middle esophageal cancer and analyze the possible influencing factors.Methods A corresponding electronic questionnaire survey was conducted with 148 thoracic surgery nurses from 8 hospitals in Tianjin from Jan 2020 to Jan 2022.Results Thoracic surgery nurses paid more attention to the general care of patients with early and middle esophageal cancer,but only 6.1% of the nurses were concerned about the patients' oropharyngeal muscles,and a few nurses (9.5%) would carry out specific oropharyngeal muscles training for patients guidance; the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that whether to receive training related to specialist nurses and to swallowing disorders were decisive factors for nurses' safe eating behaviors.Conclusion The specific safe feeding nursing (such as oropharyngeal muscle observation and training) for patients with early and middle esophageal cancer needs to be further improved.Managers should actively carry out targeted nurse training to improve the nurses understanding and awareness of patients' safe eating,so as to improve the effective and safe eating of patients with esophageal cancer.
