目的 探讨小檗碱对使用奥氮平所致精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢异常能否起到改善糖脂代谢的作用。方法 2020年9月至2022年3月在某医院筛选精神分裂症使用奥氮平的患者118例,利用简单随机抽样的方式随机分为小檗碱组与安慰剂组。采用自编糖脂代谢调查表收集并分析患者糖脂代谢数据。结果 经过12周的干预后,小檗碱组体重指数(t=2.38,P=0.019),腰臀比(t=5.57,P<0.001),血清胆固醇(t=2.38,P=0.019),甘油三酯(t=2.62,P=0.010),低密度脂蛋白(t=2.44,P=0.016),胰岛素抵抗指数(t=5.86,P<0.001)的降低程度均高于安慰剂组。结论 小檗碱可在一定程度上改善奥氮平致精神分裂症患者体重增加的体脂指标,降低脂代谢水平,且安全性较好,在调控血糖、血脂,改善胰岛素抵抗上有一定效果。 |

Objective To investigate the effect of berberine on abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism in schizophrenia patients induced by olanzapine.Methods 118 schizophrenic patients treated with olanzapine were randomly divided into berberine group and placebo group.Formulate relevant scales, formulate relevant simple body fat indicators and serum glucose and lipid metabolism related indicators.The related data were analyzed by independent sample ANOVA.Results After 12 weeks of intervention, body mass index (t=2.38, P=0.019), Waist-hip ratio (t=5.57, P<0.001), serum cholesterol (t=2.38, P=0.019), triglyceride (t=2.62, P=0.010), low-density lipoprotein (t=2.44, P=0.016), and insulin resistance index (t=5.86, P<0.001) in the Berberine group were significantly lower than those in the placebo group.Conclusion Berberine can significantly improve the body fat index and reduce the level of lipid metabolism in patients with olanzapine induced weight gain in schizophrenia.Berberine is safe and can effectively regulate blood glucose and blood lipids and improve insulin resistance. |
