| 目的 比较有上消化道症状的Hp胃炎患者给予对症治疗后和直接进行HP感染治疗的疗效及其Hp根除率，探讨根除Hp治疗前个体化治疗的效果。方法 按照就诊时间顺序选取济宁医学院附属医院2021.01-2021.12消化内科门诊治疗的有上消化道症状238例Hp胃炎患者，随机分为两组，一组患者抗Hp治疗前先进行对症治疗，待症状减轻后再给以阿莫西林+克拉霉素+艾司奥美拉唑镁+枸橼酸铋钾颗粒标准四联疗法抗Hp治疗（为实验组），另一组直接进行以上的四联疗法抗Hp治疗（为对照组），停药后一月比较两组临床疗效和HP根除率。结果 实验组除嗳气外其余上消化道相关症状疗效明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；实验组HP根除率96.7%明显高于对照组（89.5%，P<0.05）。结论 对于有上消化道症状的Hp胃炎患者，抗Hp治疗前首先给予个体化治疗可以提高疗效及提高Hp根除率。 |

| Abstract: Objective To compare the efficacy of symptomatic treatment and direct treatment of Hp infection and HP eradication rate in patients with Hp gastritis with upper gastrointestinal symptoms, and to explore the effect of individualized treatment before Hp eradication treatment.Methods A total of 238 patients of Hp gastritis with upper digestive tract symptoms treated in the outpatient Department of Gastroenterology, Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College from 2021.01 to 2021.12 were randomly divided into two groups. The first group received symptomatic treatment before anti-HP treatment. After the symptoms were relieved, amoxicillin + clarithromycin + esomeprazole magnesium + bismuth potassium citrate granules were given standard quadruple therapy anti-HP treatment (experimental group), The other group directly received the above quadruple therapy anti-HP treatment (as the control group), and the clinical efficacy and HP eradication rate of the two groups were compared one month after withdrawal.Results The therapeutic effect of upper gastrointestinal tract related symptoms in the experimental group except belching was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The eradication rate of HP in the experimental group was 96.7% higher than that in the control group (89.5%, P<0.05).Conclusion For Hp gastritis patients with upper gastrointestinal symptoms, individual therapy before anti-HP therapy can improve the curative effect and the eradication rate of Hp. |
