| 新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对《神经病学》临床教学工作带来了冲击,改变了传统的教学模式。新形势下《神经病学》临床教学工作和临床带教老师角色都有了新变化。本文结合《神经病学》临床教学经验,对疫情防控形势下《神经病学》临床教师的角色定位做了阐述,提出新形势下《神经病学》临床教师应该在教学过程中扮演好临床教学的管理者、临床知识的传播者、临床行为的示范者和临床学生的保护者角色。《神经病学》临床教师在明确了新的角色定位后,能够不断提高教学水平和学生培养质量,为临床输送更多的高水平人才。 |

| The epidemic situation of new coronavirus pneumonia has brought impact to the clinical teaching of neurology and changed our traditional teaching mode.There are new changes in the clinical teaching of neurology and the role of clinical teachers under the situation of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic.Combined with the author's own clinical teaching experience in neurology,this paper expounds the role of clinical teachers in neurology in the situation of epidemic prevention and control.It is suggested thatclinical teachers of neurology should play a good role as a manager of clinical teaching,a disseminator of clinical knowledge,a model of clinical behavior and a protector of clinical students in the teaching process.After the new role of neurology clinical teachers clarified,they will be able to continuously improve the teaching level and the quality of student training,and train more high-level talents for clinical work. |
