| 我国精神科护士除日常的护理工作外还承担大部分精神患者的康复工作。如何更好地提升精神科护士的精神康复技能提供更好的精神卫生服务是精神科护士毕业后继续教育的重点内容之一。目前我国尚未有系统的精神康复原则及实践的培训课程。本文就建立以复元理念为导向的精神康复技术课程及如何在精神科护士毕业后继续教育中开展该课程进行探讨，为构建旨在提升精神科护士精神康复服务能力的继续教育培训课程提供借鉴和参考。 |

| In addition to daily nursing work, psychiatric nurses in China also undertake most of mental rehabilitation work for mental patients.How to improve the mental rehabilitation skills for psychiatric nurses to provide better mental health services is one of the key points in their continuing education.However, there is no systematic training course on mental rehabilitation principles and practice for psychiatric nurse in China up to now.Therefore, this paper will discuss the establishment of a rehabilitation course concept-oriented recovery and the implementation of the course in the continuing education of psychiatric nurses, in order to build the post-graduation continuing education training courses, which aims to improve the mental rehabilitation service capabilities of psychiatric nurses. |
