      目的 探讨医学生学习投入与学习动机、心理资本的相关性。方法 采用《学习动机问卷》《学习投入量表》和《积极心理资本问卷》对蚌埠医学院1610名医学生进行随机抽样调查,分析医学生学习投入与学习动机、心理资本的相关性。结果 学习动机和心理资本高分组医学生学习投入得分均高于中分组和低分组医学生(P<0.05),学习动机和心理资本中分组医学生学习投入均高于低分组医学生(P<0.05);学习投入及各因子与学习动机及求知进取、社会取向、个人成就、小群体取向、心理资本及自我效能、希望、乐观呈正相关(P<0.05);希望、求知进取、自我效能、小群体取向均进入以学习投入、活力、奉献和专注为因变量的回归方程。结论 希望、求知进取、自我效能、小群体取向与学习投入相关性显著,是学习投入正向预测源。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the correlation between learning investment, learning motivation and psychological capital of medical students.Methods 1610 medical students in Bengbu Medical College were randomly investigated with Learning Motivation Questionnaire, Learning Investment Scale and Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire.The correlation between learning investment, learning motivation and psychological capital was analyzed.Results The scores of learning motivation and psychological capital high-grade medical students were higher than those of middle-grade medical students and low-grade medical students (P<0.05).There were significant positive correlations between learning investment and its factors and learning motivation, social orientation, individual achievement, small group orientation, mental capital and self-efficacy, hope and optimism (P<0.05);Hope, knowledge-seeking and enterprising, self-efficacy and small group orientation all enter the regression equation with learning investment, energy, dedication and concentration as dependent variables.Conclusion Hope, knowledge-seeking and enterprising, self-efficacy, small group orientation are significantly correlated with learning investment, which are positive predictors of learning investment.
