| 目的 调查青岛地区儿童支气管哮喘控制现状并探讨其影响因素。方法 2019年6月至2020年5月便利抽样青岛地区4~11岁支气管哮喘患儿466例，采用儿童哮喘控制测试（C-ACT）和自设问卷进行调查，SPSS统计软件进行单因素和多因素分析。结果 支气管哮喘患儿完全控制308例（66.09%），低于控制目标（80%）。影响哮喘控制水平因素包括：早产（OR=0.135）、规范化治疗和应用CCAAP（China children asthma action plan，中国儿童哮喘行动计划）平台（OR=5.464），其中的规范化治疗包括接受ICS治疗（OR=5.025）、用药依从性（OR=3.106）和规律复诊（OR=2.890）。结论 青岛地区儿童哮喘控制水平需提升，早产危险因素应被重视，规范化治疗是提高控制水平的有力手段；采用CCAAP线上平台可提高儿童哮喘控制水平。 |

| Objective To investigate the control status of bronchial asthma in children in Qingdao and explore its influencing factors.Methods A total of 466 children patients aged 4-11 years old in Qingdao were investigated with Chidhood-asthma control test(C-ACT) and self-designed questionnaire.Univariate and bivariate logistic regression were used for statistical analysis.Results Among the 466 children aged 4-11 years old, 308 cases(66.09%) were completely controlled, which was lower than the control target of 80%.Factors affecting asthma control included preterm delivery(OR=0.135), standardized treatment and application of CCAAP(China Children Asthma Action Plan CCAAP) platform(OR=5.464).Standardized treatment includes ICS treatment(OR=5.025), medication compliance(OR=3.106) and regular revisit(OR=2.890).Conclusion The control of asthma in children in Qingdao area needs to be improved, and the risk of preterm delivery should be paid special attention.Standardized treatment and CCAAP online platform can improve the control of asthma in children. |
