目的 探析对医工融合专业人才培养质量有潜在影响的隐性因素。方法 通过焦点小组访谈收集医工融合专业人才培养隐性影响因素的资料,应用扎根理论提取访谈资料的初始概念,基于主轴编码确定概念的副范畴和主范畴。结果 共提取139条描述性子句,分类归纳后形成29个初始概念,最终提取10个副范畴(教学设计、课堂沟通、情感建设、学生管理、奖惩机制、伙伴影响、师资管理、教师成长、校内环境、校外环境)和4个主范畴(教学行为、学业管理、师资建设、学习环境)。结论 医学院校医工融合专业人才培养质量的隐性影响因素主要体现在教学行为、学业管理、师资建设和学习环境4个方面。而要避免这4个方面对人才培养质量的影响,则需要从学生层面、教师层面和管理层面做好相关的工作。 |

Objective To explore the recessive factors that potentially influence the quality of talent cultivation in interdiscipline of medicine and engineering in medical college.Methods Focus group interviews were used to collect the raw data of recessive influencing factors and grounded theory was used to extract initial concepts of the interviews.The subcategories and main categories of concepts were determined based on spindle coding.Results A total of 139 descriptive clauses were extracted.After classification and induction,29 initial concepts were formed,and 10 sub-categories (teaching design;classroom communication;emotion construction;student management;reward and punishment mechanism;partner influence;teacher management;teacher growth;environment inside and outside the school) and 4 main categories (teaching behavior,academic management,construction of teachers' team and learning environment) were finally extracted.Conclusion The recessive influencing factors on the quality of talent cultivation in interdiscipline of medicine and engineering in medical college were mainly reflected in four aspects:teaching behavior,academic management,construction of teachers' team and learning environment.In order to avoid the impact of these four aspects,relevant work should be done at the level of students,teachers and management. |
