目的 选择治疗口腔溃疡临床疗效较好的宋文山临床验方,研制生物黏附制剂黛茶贴片。方法 采用粉末直接压片工艺,以片剂硬度、含量、释药曲线等为指标,筛选优化黛茶贴片的处方及制备工艺。结果 生物黏附材料优选为阿拉伯胶,最大载药量的配比为1:3,采用粉末直压工艺压片,片重150mg。结论 本制备工艺的优化研究,改变了传统用药剂型,改善了传统用药的不足之处。 |

Objective Song Wenshan's clinical prescription with good curative effect in the treatment of aphthous ulcers was selected to develop the buccoadhesive compacts of Daicha.Methods The powder direct tableting process was used to select and optimize the formula and preparation process by using tablet hardness,content,drug release curve as indicators.Results The raw adhesive material was preferably gum arabic.The maximum drug loading ratio was 1:3.And the tablet was compressed by a powder direct pressure process and the tablet weight was 150 mg.Conclusion The optimization research of the preparation process has changed the traditional medicine type and improved the deficiency of the traditional medicine. |
