| 目的 了解济宁市非独生子女心理健康现状及影响因素，为开展中学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法 选取济宁市483名非独生子女初中生进行问卷调查，采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）评价其心理健康状况。结果 非独生子女除了在躯体化、偏执外，其他因子得分均高于全国常模。经逐步回归分析，对非独生子女心理健康状况得分影响有统计学意义的因素有：性别，年级，父母婚姻状况和子女间年龄间隔。结论 济宁市非独生子女的心理健康状况存在一定的问题，对女生、高年级、不完整家庭或再婚家庭、间隔年龄较大的非独生子女应给予更多的关注和引导。 |

| Objective To explore mental health of non-only children in Jining,and investigate the possible influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for mental health education of middle school students.Methods 483 non-only children in Jining city were selected and questionnaired by SCL-90 to evaluate the mental health.Results Except somatization and paranoia,the scores of the other factors in non-only children were higher than the National norm.By stepwise regression analysis,the scores of mental health of non-only children was significantly influenced by the factors(gender,grade,parental marital status and age interval between children).Conclusion Problems on mental health of non-only children were found in Jining.So more attention and guidance should be given to girls,senior students,non-only children from incomplete or remarried families,and those with big age gap between brothers and sisters. |
