| 本文分析了医学的人文属性，对当前高等医学教育过程中医学人文教育的不足作了深入探讨，提出了在临床医学人才培养，医学人文师资队伍建设、学科建设、专业建设和实践教学等环节进行人文素质教育的路径和方法，指出我国当前的高等医学教育改革亟待加强医学人文教育。 |

| This paper analyzes the medical humanities,discusses the deficiency of medical humanities education in current higher medical education and puts forward approaches to develop the medical humanities education in terms of clinical medical talents training,construction of the teaching staff,disciplines and specialities,and practice teaching.In China,the current medical education reform needs to strengthen medical humanities education. |
