      目的 探索大蒜素对小鼠胸腺淋巴细胞亚群分化的影响。方法 将80只清洁级昆明小鼠随机分为空白对照组和大蒜素低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,每组20只,每天灌胃1次,灌胃容量为0.1ml/10g,连续灌胃14d。1周后将小鼠处死,分离胸腺计算脏器指数并制取单细胞悬液,用流式细胞仪检测分析大蒜素对各组小鼠胸腺淋巴细胞CD4+ T细胞、CD8+ T细胞及CD4+/CD8+值的影响。结果 空白对照组和各剂量组小鼠的胸腺指数、胸腺淋巴细胞CD4+ T细胞和CD8+ T细胞值有差异(F=6.82,FCD4+ =14.12,FCD8+ =8.27,P<0.05),经两两比较空白组、低剂量组、中剂量组与高剂量组4组之间小鼠的胸腺指数、胸腺淋巴细胞CD4+ T细胞和CD8+ 细胞值均有较显著差异(P<0.05),各剂量组之间的CD4+/CD8+值无差异(F=2.44,P >0.05)。结论 大蒜素使小鼠的胸腺指数、胸腺淋巴细胞CD4+T细胞和CD8+T细胞比例均升高,且存在剂量依赖性,对小鼠免疫力具有正向调节作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effects of allicin on T lymphocyte subsets of thymus in mice.Methods Eighty healthy adult Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups including control group and allicin Low-dose group,Mid-dose group,High-dose group.Each group of 20 mice were treated with allicin by gavage,0.1ml/(10g﹒bw)once every day for 14 days which were killed after a week.The thymus was collected to content the organ index then making single cell suspensions.FCM was used to study the effects of allicin on the percentage of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ lymphocyte of thymus.Results The thymus index,thymus lymphocytes CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells of all dose groups and the control group mice were all significant differences (F=6.82,FCD4+ =14.12,FCD8+ =8.27,P<0.05).And they had significant difference among the three dose and control groups by pairwise comparisons (P<0.05).It had no difference effects on the percentage of CD4+/CD8+ lymphocyte of thymus(F=2.44,P >0.05).Conclusion The thymus index and thymus lymphocytes CD4+ T cells CD8+ T cells of all-dose group mice were increased in a dose-dependent effect in mice.Allicin has a positive regulation on the immunity of mice.
