| 自噬是细胞内降解聚集或错误折叠蛋白质及异常细胞器的一个过程。作为一个细胞基础代谢过程, 自噬对于维持细胞的稳态和物质能量的再循环有着重要作用。神经元自噬调节的异常会伴随异常蛋白质的聚集和沉积, 导致神经元稳态失衡和神经退行性改变。近新研究显示, 自噬调节异常与广泛的神经退行性疾病中有关, 如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、亨廷顿舞蹈症、肌肉萎缩性侧索硬化症等有密切联系。本文重点对自噬机制及其与神经退行性疾病的最新进展进行综述。 |

| Autophagy is a bulk degradation process of aggregated and aberrant proteins as well as dysfunctional organells.As a basic metabolism process, autophagy is crucial for maintaining homeostasis and recycling the materials and energy.The dysfunctional regulating of autophagy is usually accompanied with the accumulation of aggregated proteins which is associated with several neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis etc.In this reviews, we focus on the advanced findings concerning the mechanism of autophagy and the involvement of autophagy in neurodegenerative diseases. |
