| 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDU)诊断周围型肝内胆管细胞癌(PCC)的价值。方法 回顾性分析42例在我院同时进行CT扫描和CDU辅助诊断的患者资料,并比较两种检测结果。结果 CDU诊断符合率为88.1%, CT扫描的诊断符合率为95.2%,两者无统计学差异(P>0.05)。动脉期小血管超声显示率47.6%,显著高于CT显示率21.4% (P<0.05)。伴发其他影像学表现CDU与CT显示基本类似。结论 CDU和CT均能为诊断PCC提供重要信息,超声显示瘤内小血管优于CT。 |

| Objective To explore the value of color doppler ultrasound(CDU) in the diagnosis of peripheral intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(PCC).Methods The data of CDU and CT images in forty-two PCC patients were analyzed retrospectively and compared.Results The diagnostic accordance rate of CDU which was not different from that of CT(95.2%) vs88.1%(P>0.05).The exhibited rate of the intratumoral small vessels during arterial on CDU(47.6%) was 21.4% much higher than that rate on CT(χ2=6.3724, P=0.0116).The accompanying signs showed by CDU were almost the same with that showed by CT.Conclusion Both CDU and CT could provide important information for diagnosis of PCC.CDU is better than CT for observing intratumoral small vessels. |
