目的 研究金银花和野菊花乙醇提取物抑菌作用的差异。方法 采用抑菌环试验对它们的抑菌作用进行观察比较。结果 生药含量为492mg/ml金银花乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌环直径均大于8mm,而对枯草杆菌的抑菌环直径小于8mm;生药含量为1035mg/ml野菊花乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌的抑菌环直径均大于8mm,而对大肠杆菌的抑菌环直径小于8mm;金银花乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌抑菌作用较强,两种菌的最低抑菌浓度皆为1:8,对大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度为1:4;野菊花乙醇提取物对大肠杆菌抑菌作用最强,最低抑菌浓度为1:64;对金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度为对枯草杆菌的最低抑菌浓度为1:16;对枯草杆菌的抑菌作用最弱,最低抑菌浓度为1:4。结论 金银花乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌有抑菌作用,而对大肠杆菌无抑菌作用;野菊花乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌有抑菌作用,而对枯草杆菌无抑菌作用。 |

Objective To explore the hypotensive effect of the water extract of Huaibaipi combined with a variety of antihypertensive drugs on hypertensive rat model,we established hypertensive rat models using N-nitro-L-arginine methyl.Methods The total of 60 wistar rats were continuously lavaged with N-nitro-L-arginine methyl 22 days,and screened 19 hypertensive rats.The hypertensive rats were divided into three groups:the captopril+Huaibaipi group,the nifedipine+Huaibaipi group and the valsartan+Huaibaipi group.We observed the effect of 75% the water of Huaibaipi combined with a variety of antihypertensive drugs on hypertensive rat model.Results The blood pressure significantly decreased after drug combination,compared with former giving medicine (P<0.01),and the synergistic hypotensive mechanism needs further study.Conclusion The water extract of Huaibaipi combined with a variety of antihypertensive drugs on hypertensive rat model has a very significant synergistic antihypertensive effect.Key words:Huaibaipi; Captopril; Nifedipine; Valsartan/Diovan; Blood pressure; Synergy |
