| 目的 通过检测促细胞外基质金属蛋白酶因子(EMMPRIN,CD147)的表达,探讨CD147与宫颈癌中各临床参数的关系及在宫颈癌浸润及转移中的作用机制。方法 应用免疫组织化学S-P法研究53例宫颈癌、31例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和13例癌旁正常组织(对照组)中CD147的表达。结果 1)CD147在宫颈癌组、CIN组及对照组的表达中,阳性率分别为76.92%、83.87%、83.02%。宫颈癌组及CIN中组CD147的阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.05);2)CD147的表达在淋巴结转移组显著高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01);3)CD147的表达在不同的病理学分级及不同临床分期之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CD147促进了宫颈癌的发生与发展,提示CD147可作为宫颈癌预后评估的标志物。 |

| Objective The expression of CD147 was detected in cervical carcinoma tissues. And the correlation between their expression and the cervical carcinomas' the invasion and matastasis was explored. Methods Expression of CD147 was examined with inmunohistochemical technique (S-P) in the specimans from 13 cases of cervical epithelium (control group), 31 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 53 cases of cervical carcinoma. Results ① The positive rates of CD147 were 76.92%, 83.87% and 83.02% in cervical epithelium(CIN) cervical carcinoma respectively. The percentage of positive CD147 were higher in CIN and cervical carcinoma than that in the cervical epithelium (P<0.05). ② The expression of CD147 was correlated with lymph node metastasis (P<0.01), but not with the differentiation of tumor cells and clinical stage (P>0.05). Conclusion The expression of CD147 was positively related to the development of the cervical carcinoma. CD147 could be potential indexes of evaluating invasion and metastasis of cervical carcinoma. |
